About Us...

We didn't fall into the cooking pot, but just like that, we love our job and love sharing it through our recipes.

Our first restaurant in 2013 "La robe rouge" in St Montan, in 2022 Bistrot "le trembla Q" in Saint Martin d'Ardèche, to finally put down our pots and pans in Vallon Pont d'Arc in 2025.

It is a pleasure for us to share this convivial moment with you.

Our cuisine is made with heart and we work in collaboration with local producers to help you discover a little more of our Ardèche.

And nothing beats our wine selection to accompany this meal, in moderation of course.
